Key Lime Pie

1½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
⅓ cup Sugar
½ cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
3 Egg Yolks
1½ tsp. Lime Zest
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 Ounces)
⅔ cup Key Lime Juice
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
For the crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, or until set. Let cool.
For the filling, beat the egg yolks and lime zest in a bowl until creamy. Beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then gradually beat in the lime juice.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
Bake the pie for about 15 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold. Decorate with some cream (Optional)
