Deviled Eggs

6 Eggs
¼ cu Mayonnaise
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
⅛ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black Pepper
Paprika (for Garnish)

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover, remove from the heat, and let stand for 10 minutes.

Drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water. Peel the eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks from the eggs and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork, then stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
