Popcorn Shrimp

1 lb Small Shrimp (peeled And Deveined)
              ½ cu All-Purpose Flour
              ½ tsp Salt
              ¼ tsp Black Pepper
              2 Eggs
              1 cu Bread Crumbs
              ½ l Vegetable Oil (for Frying)
          In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.
Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the beaten eggs, then roll in the bread crumbs.
Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the shrimp in the hot oil until they are golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
Drain the popcorn shrimp on paper towels before serving.
