Peameal Bacon (aka Canadian bacon)

1 lb. Peameal Bacon (Sliced)
1 tbsp. Canola Oil
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the peameal bacon and cook for about 4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
Drain the bacon on paper towels before serving. It is typically served with eggs for breakfast.
