Lobster Poutine

4 Cups French Fries
2 cu Cheese Curds
2 cu Lobster Meat (cooked And Chopped)
2 cu Lobster Gravy
2 tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped, For Garnish)

Prepare the French Fries.

While the fries are cooking, heat the lobster gravy in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the fries are ready, divide them among four plates.

Top each plate of fries with cheese curds and lobster meat.

Pour the hot gravy over each plate, making sure to melt the cheese curds and warm the lobster.

Garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately while hot.
