8 Small Corn Tortillas
½ kg. Skirt Steak
2 Limes, Juiced
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
¼ kg. Queso Fresco, Crumbled
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Season the steak with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill the steak until it reaches desired doneness. Rest for a few minutes before chopping into small pieces.

Warm the tortillas on a hot griddle, turning them over until they are heated through.

Fill the tortillas with steak, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped tomatoes.

Top with crumbled queso fresco and serve hot.
