1 kg. Pork Shoulder, Cut Into Chunks
2 Onions, Quartered
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Orange, Cut Into Halves
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Salt To Taste
Water To Cover
Vegetable Oil For Frying

Combine pork shoulder, onions, garlic, orange, cumin, oregano, salt, and enough water to cover in a large pot.

Simmer until the pork is tender and the water has evaporated.

Once the water has evaporated, fry the pork in its own fat until crispy.
