8 Small Tortillas
Vegetable Oil For Frying
400 g. Refried Beans
½ kg. Cooked Chicken, Shredded
2 Avocados, Sliced
2 Tomatoes, Diced
¼ kg. Lettuce, Shredded
100 g. Sour Cream
100 g. Grated Cheese
Salsa To Taste

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the tortillas until crisp, then drain on kitchen paper.

Spread each tortilla with a layer of refried beans, followed by shredded chicken, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and salsa.

Serve immediately.
