1 kg. Masa Harina (Corn Flour)
½ l. Water
Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil For Frying
½ kg. Cooked Beef Or Chicken, Shredded
2 Tomatoes, Diced
1 Onion, Diced
100 g. Grated Cheese
Salsa To Taste
In a bowl, mix the masa harina, water, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms. Shape into small round discs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the discs until golden, then drain on kitchen paper.
Top each disc with shredded meat, diced tomatoes and onions, cheese, and salsa.
Serve immediately.
