1 kg. Masa Harina (Corn Flour)
½ l. Water
Salt To Taste
½ kg. Cooked Beef Or Chicken, Shredded
100 g. Cheese, Grated
Vegetable Oil For Frying

In a bowl, mix the masa harina, water, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball into a disc.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each disc until golden, then drain on kitchen paper.

Once cool enough to handle, cut a slit in the edge of each disc to create a pocket. Fill with shredded meat and cheese.

Serve immediately.
