Chorizo

Method
1 kg Ground Pork
              2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
              1 tbsp Ground Cumin
              1 tbsp Dried Oregano
              2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
              1 tsp Salt
              1 tsp Pepper
              60 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
          In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
Place the mixture in the fridge and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the flavors to fully develop.
Cook the chorizo in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
Serve the chorizo in tacos, burritos, or on its own with rice and beans.
