½ kg. Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
5 Limes, Juiced
2 Jalapenos, Seeds Removed
1 Fresh Cilantro
1 Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
¼ tsp. Salt To Taste
In a blender, combine the lime juice, jalapenos, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumber slices, and onion slices. Pour the lime juice mixture over top.
Cover and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve chilled, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
