500 g Cooked White Rice
400 g Cooked Black Beans
4 Ripe Plantains, Peeled And Sliced
4 Chicken Breasts (or Other Protein)
4 Tortillas
Vegetable Oil For Frying
1 Head Lettuce, Shredded
2 Tomatoes, Diced
1 Cucumber, Diced
1 Lime, Juiced
Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the plantain slices and cook until golden and caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, cook the chicken breasts (or other protein) until done. Season with salt and pepper.

To make the salad, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle with the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

To serve, plate a scoop of rice, a scoop of beans, some plantains, a piece of chicken, and a portion of salad. Serve with a tortilla on the side.
