1 kg. Cow's Feet, Cleaned And Cut Into Pieces
2½ l. Water
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Onion, Diced
2 Ripe Tomatoes, Diced
2 Bay Leaves
Salt To Taste
500 g. Yuca, Peeled And Cut Into Chunks
250 g. Hominy (dried Corn Kernels That Have Been Treated With An Alkali)

In a large pot, combine the cow's feet, water, garlic, onion, tomatoes, bay leaves, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the cow's feet are tender.

Add the yucca and hominy to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the yucca is tender.

Serve the soup garnished with fresh cilantro.
