4 Large Flour Tortillas
400 g. Refried Beans
200 g. Grated Cheese
100 ml. Sour Cream

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until they are soft and pliable.

Spread a generous spoonful of refried beans onto half of each tortilla.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the beans, then dollop some sour cream on top.

Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filled half, creating a half-moon shape.

Serve the Baleadas warm, as they are or with additional toppings like avocado, scrambled eggs, or cooked meat.
