Method

1½ kg. Beef Ribs
500 g. Chorizo Sausages
500 g. Morcilla (Blood Sausage)
Chimichurri Sauce, for Serving
Salt, to Taste

Preheat the grill.

Season the ribs and sausages with salt.

Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down first.

Cook for approximately 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.

Add the sausages and morcilla to the grill during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Serve with chimichurri sauce.
