South American, Main Course Gluten Free Lactose Free Nut Free, Pork Shoulder (Whole) Stewing Steak

Ingredients

Method

500 g Pork (Shoulder), Cut into Pieces
500 g Beef (Stewing Steak), Cut into Pieces
500 g White Corn
500  Pumpkin, Cut into Pieces
3  Potatoes, Cut into Pieces
1  Onion, Chopped
1  Red Pepper, Chopped
2 tsp Paprika
Salt to Taste

Soak the corn overnight.

In a large pot, cook the pork and beef until browned.

Add the corn, pumpkin, potatoes, onion, red pepper, and paprika.

Add enough water to cover the ingredients.

Simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and the stew has thickened.

Season with salt to taste.
