South American, Main Course Vegetarian Gluten Free Nut Free, Tapioca Flour Cheese - Parmesan

500 g. Tapioca Flour
250 ml. Milk
125 ml. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
200 g. Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, bring the milk, oil, and salt to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat and slowly add in the tapioca flour, stirring constantly until well incorporated.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.

Fold in the grated cheese.

Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breads are puffed and golden.

Best served warm.
