Bandeja Paisa (Colombia)

200 g. Red Beans, Cooked
200 g. Rice, Cooked
4 Slices of Pork Belly
4 Chorizo Sausages
4 Beef Steaks
4 Plantains, Sliced and Fried
4 Eggs
1 Avocado, Sliced
4 tbsp. Hogao (Colombian Tomato and Onion Sauce)
¼ tsp. Salt to Taste and Pepper
2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish
Cook the pork belly and chorizo in a frying pan until browned and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook the steaks to your desired level of doneness. Remove and set aside.
Fry the eggs in the same pan.
Serve the beans, rice, pork belly, chorizo, steak, fried eggs, and fried plantains on a large platter.
Top with hogao and avocado slices.
Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
