Chimichurri (Argentina, Uruguay)

1 Bunch of Fresh Parsley, Chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
125 ml. Red Wine Vinegar
125 ml. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
¼ tsp. Salt to Taste and Pepper

In a bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Let the chimichurri sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving with grilled meat.
