500 g. Beef Short Ribs
500 g. Pork Sausages
500 g. Chicken Thighs
500 g. Lamb Chops
Salt to Taste and Pepper
125 ml. Chimichurri Sauce
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Season all the meats with salt and pepper.
Grill the meats, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your liking.
Serve the meats with chimichurri sauce.
