1 kg Beef Tripe, Cleaned and Cut into Pieces
1 L Water
2 Onions, Chopped
2 Carrots, Chopped
2 Celery Stalks, Chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Bay Leaf
Salt to Taste and Pepper

In a large pot, combine the tripe, water, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the tripe is tender.

Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve the soup hot.
