Method

1 kg. Beef (Stewing Steak), Cut into Pieces
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Carrots, Chopped
2 Potatoes, Chopped
2 Bell Peppers, Chopped
2 l. Water
Salt to Taste and Pepper
Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish

In a large pot, brown the beef, then remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté the onion, carrots, potatoes, and bell peppers until soft.

Return the beef to the pot, add the water, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the beef is tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
