Method
1 kg Picanha Beef Cut
              Salt to Taste
              Black Pepper
          Preheat your grill to high heat.
Season the picanha with salt and pepper.
Grill the picanha, fat side down first, until charred. Flip and continue to grill until the meat reaches your preferred level of doneness.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
