Method

1 kg. Assorted Meats (Beef, Pork, Chicken)
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Potatoes, Chopped
2 Carrots, Chopped
2 Plantains, Chopped
1 Corn Cob, Cut into Pieces
2 l. Water
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish

In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the meats and brown them on all sides.

Add the potatoes, carrots, plantains, and corn to the pot. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the meats are tender.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
