50 g. Large Ants (Hormigas Culonas)
¼ tsp. Salt, to Taste
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Rinse the ants thoroughly, then dry them.
Spread the ants out on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with salt.
Roast the ants in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until they are crispy.
Let the ants cool before serving them as a snack.
