500 g. Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
200 g. Day-Old Bread, Crumbled
400 ml. Coconut Milk
2 tbsp. Palm Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper, to Taste

In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper in the palm oil until they are soft.

Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until they turn pink.

Stir in the crumbled bread, coconut milk, and spices. Simmer until the mixture thickens.

Season the vatapá with salt and pepper before serving.
