Pan de Bono (Colombia)

500 g. Cassava Flour
200 g. Cornmeal
200 g. Cheese, Grated
4 Eggs
100 g. Sugar
100 g. Butter, Melted

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, combine the cassava flour, cornmeal, cheese, eggs, sugar, and butter. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into pieces and shape each one into a ball. Place the balls on a baking sheet.

Bake the pan de bono in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until they are golden brown.
