1 Bread Roll
1 Steak, Cooked to Your Liking
1 Slice of Ham
1 Slice of Cheese
1 Fried Egg
Mayonnaise, to Taste
Lettuce and Tomato, for Serving

Slice the bread roll in half.

Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the roll.

On the bottom half of the roll, layer the steak, ham, cheese, and fried egg. Top with lettuce and tomato if desired.

Cover with the top half of the roll to complete the chivito. Enjoy this hearty sandwich as a filling lunch or dinner.
