Empanada Gallega (Argentina)

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
To make the dough, combine the flour, egg, water, olive oil, and salt. Knead until a smooth dough forms, then let it rest.
For the filling, sauté the onions, bell pepper, and tomatoes until they are soft. Add the tuna to the pan and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the dough in half. Roll out one half and place it in the prepared baking dish. Spread the filling over the dough, then roll out the other half of the dough and place it over the filling. Seal the edges of the dough and make a few slits in the top to let steam escape.
Bake the empanada gallega in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden. Let it cool slightly before cutting it into slices and serving.
