Conch Salad (Bahamas)

4 Conchs, Cleaned and Diced
1 Onion, Diced
1 Tomato, Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Minced
60 ml. Fresh Lime Juice
60 ml. Fresh Orange Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine the diced conch, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and Scotch bonnet pepper in a large bowl.
Add the lime juice and orange juice to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
