Grilled Lobster (Turks and Caicos)

4 Lobster Tails
60 ml. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Lemon Wedges for Serving

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Brush the flesh with oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Flip the tails and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the shell is red.

Serve the grilled lobster hot, with lemon wedges on the side.
