Cubano Sandwich (Cuba)

4 Cuban Bread Rolls, Or Substitute With Baguettes
200 g. Roast Pork, Thinly Sliced
200 g. Ham, Thinly Sliced
200 g. Swiss Cheese, Thinly Sliced
1 Dill Pickle, Thinly Sliced
Mustard to Taste
Butter for Spreading
Slice each bread roll in half. Spread mustard on one side of each roll.
Layer the roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of each roll. Top with the other half of the roll.
Butter the outside of each sandwich.
Heat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the press or skillet and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes. If using a skillet, press down on the sandwiches with a spatula or another heavy skillet to flatten them, and flip halfway through cooking.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot.
