450 g. Sushi Rice
120 ml. Rice Vinegar
30 g. Sugar
5 g. Salt
10 Nori Sheets
200 g. Fresh Raw Fish (Like Tuna, Salmon)
Avocado
Cucumber
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until fully dissolved.
Once the rice is cooked, transfer to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Allow it to cool.
Slice the fish, avocado, and cucumber into thin slices.
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat, spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small space at the top.
Arrange the fish, avocado, and cucumber on the rice, then roll it up tightly using the bamboo mat.
Cut the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
