400 g. Very Fresh Tuna, Salmon, Or Other Seafood
Soy Sauce for Serving
Wasabi for Serving
Pickled Ginger for Serving (Optional)

Ensure your fish is extremely fresh and safe to eat raw (sashimi-grade).

Slice the fish into thin, even pieces.

Serve chilled with soy sauce and wasabi for dipping, and pickled ginger on the side if desired.
