Miso Soup

Method

800 ml. Dashi Broth
80 g. Miso Paste
200 g. Silken Tofu, Cubed
4 Green Onions, Chopped

Bring the dashi broth to a simmer in a saucepan.

In a separate bowl, soften the miso paste with a little hot broth, then add the mixture back into the saucepan.

Add the tofu cubes and let them warm in the soup for a few minutes.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
