Method
400 g. Soba Noodles
120 ml. Soy Sauce
60 ml. Mirin
4 Green Onions, Chopped
Wasabi for Serving (Optional)
Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce and mirin, and bring to a simmer.
Serve the noodles with the dipping sauce, garnished with chopped green onions.
Add wasabi to the dipping sauce if desired.
