400 g. Short Grain Sushi Rice
4 g. Salt
4 Sheets Of Nori Seaweed, Cut into Strips
Pickled Plums, Salted Salmon, Or Other Fillings Of Your Choice
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
Once the rice is cooked, while it's still hot, wet your hands, take a scoop of rice, and press a small indentation into it to hold your filling.
Add your filling, then mold the rice around it, forming it into a triangle or ball shape.
Wrap the onigiri with a strip of nori.
Repeat with the remaining rice and fillings.
