Sukiyaki

Method
600 g. Thinly Sliced Beef
4 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Leek, Sliced
200 g. Shiitake Mushrooms
200 g. Other Mixed Mushrooms Of Choice
1 Tofu Block, Cubed
200 g. Napa Cabbage, Chopped
100 g. Glass Noodles
120 ml. Soy Sauce
60 g. Sugar
400 ml. Dashi Broth
Arrange all the ingredients on a platter for ease of cooking.
Heat a skillet or sukiyaki pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sear some of the beef slices.
Once the beef is seared, add the soy sauce, sugar, and dashi. Stir to combine.
Add the other ingredients bit by bit, cooking until they are done. Add more broth if necessary.
As you cook, eat! Sukiyaki is best enjoyed straight from the pot.
