Shabu Shabu

800 g. Thinly Sliced Beef Or Pork
1 Napa Cabbage, Cut into Bite-sized Pieces
200 g. Shiitake Mushrooms
2 Carrots, Sliced
1 Tofu Block, Cubed
200 g. Udon Noodles
2 l. Dashi Broth
Dipping Sauces Such As Ponzu and Sesame Sauce

Arrange all the ingredients on a platter for ease of cooking.

Bring the dashi broth to a simmer in a hot pot.

Guests add ingredients to the pot and cook them, starting with the harder vegetables and finishing with the meat and noodles.

As the ingredients cook, they can be removed from the pot, dipped in sauce, and eaten.

Continue adding and cooking ingredients until you're satisfied. Top up the broth as necessary.

Note: Shabu Shabu is traditionally a communal meal where everyone cooks and eats together. It's a fun and interactive way to enjoy a meal.
