800 g. Thinly Sliced Beef Or Pork
120 ml. Soy Sauce
60 ml. Sake
60 ml. Mirin
40 g. Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Small Piece Of Ginger, Grated
Vegetables for Grilling, Such As Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions
Combine the soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl to make the marinade.
Add the thinly sliced meat to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for a deeper flavor.
Preheat a grill or a grill pan.
Grill the meat and vegetables until they're cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.
