Unagi Donburi (Unadon)

4 Fillets Of Eel
480 ml. Unagi Sauce (Available At Japanese Markets Or Online)
400 g. Cooked Rice

Preheat a grill or broiler.

Brush the eel fillets with some of the unagi sauce and grill for about 5 minutes.

Flip the eel fillets over, brush with more sauce, and grill for another 5 minutes.

Repeat this process until the eel fillets are glazed and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes total.

Serve the eel on top of the rice, with extra unagi sauce on the side.
