4 Packets Of Store-bought Natto
4 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
Soy Sauce and Mustard to Taste
Steamed Rice for Serving

Open the natto packets and stir the beans with chopsticks until they become sticky and stringy.

Mix in a little soy sauce and mustard to taste.

Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.

Natto is typically served over steamed rice for breakfast.

Note: Natto has a very strong flavor and smell, and can be an acquired taste. But it's very nutritious and a staple of many Japanese diets.
