Tofu Miso Soup

Method

800 ml. Dashi Broth
4 tbsp. Miso Paste
200 g. Silken Tofu, Cubed
4 Green Onions, Chopped

In a pot, heat the dashi broth until hot.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the miso paste in a little bit of the hot broth.

Return the dissolved miso to the pot with the rest of the broth and stir well.

Add the tofu cubes to the pot and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.

Serve the soup hot, garnished with the chopped green onions.
