Method

200 g. Steamed Rice
1 Fresh Egg
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Optional Toppings Such As Chopped Green Onions Or Sesame Seeds

Prepare a bowl of hot steamed rice.

Crack the egg into the bowl of rice while it's still hot.

Add the soy sauce and stir everything together.

Add any additional toppings as desired.

Enjoy while it's still warm.
