Teppanyaki

Method

400 g. Thinly Sliced Beef
2 Bell Peppers, Sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
2 Zucchini, Sliced
400 g. Yakisoba Noodles
60 ml. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Heat the oil on a teppanyaki griddle or large frying pan.

Cook the beef until it's no longer pink, then add the vegetables and continue to cook until they're tender.

Add the noodles and soy sauce, and stir everything together until the noodles are heated through.

Serve hot, straight from the griddle.
