600 g. Thinly Sliced Beef
2 Onions, Thinly Sliced
720 g. Steamed Rice
480 ml. Dashi Broth
120 ml. Soy Sauce
80 ml. Mirin
4 Green Onions, Chopped

In a large pan, combine the dashi, soy sauce, and mirin and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they're softened.

Add the beef and simmer until it's cooked through.

To serve, place a scoop of steamed rice in a bowl, top with the beef and onion mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions.
