Chirashi Sushi

720 g Sushi Rice
200 g Sashimi-grade Tuna, Thinly Sliced
200 g  Sashimi-grade Salmon, Thinly Sliced
1  Avocado, Thinly Sliced
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
Wasabi Paste to Taste

Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions.

Arrange the sushi rice in a bowl and top with the slices of tuna, salmon, and avocado.

Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
