Matcha (Green Tea) Ice Cream

480 ml. Heavy Cream
240 ml. Milk
150 g. Sugar
2 tbsp. Matcha Powder

In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Whisk in the matcha powder until well combined.

Chill the mixture thoroughly, then churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Serve once the ice cream has reached your desired consistency.
