200 g. Sweet Rice Flour (Mochiko)
240 ml. Water
120 ml. Soy Sauce
100 g. Sugar
Mix rice flour and water in a bowl until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into small round balls.
Boil the balls until they float to the surface, then continue boiling for 2-3 minutes more.
Drain and allow to cool.
For the sauce, combine soy sauce and sugar in a pan. Heat until sugar is fully dissolved.
Skewer the balls and brush the sauce over them. They can also be grilled for a few minutes to add a smoky flavor.
